Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30 day return policy, if you find The Original Bike Buddy will not mount or function as designed on your motorcycle due to interference you may return it for a full refund. All returns must include proof of purchase and we would appreciate any explanation of the interference issues you can give us. Unfortunately we can’t refund shipping fees.
The unit must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, or it must be faulty upon receipt with no sign of customer damage.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
The Original Bike Buddy is warranted against manufacturer defect for a period of one year from date of purchase. Proof of original purchase required.
Please Note: All Orders are processed and shipped with email confirmations and tracking information if applicable.
If you have not received your order within 21 working days, we ask that you inform us within 7 days thereafter in order to receive a refund or replacement item. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for items that are stated "delivered" by tracked courier services. In cases like these please contact the courier company with your supplied tracking number.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges for defective or non-customer damaged units will be issued. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice and contact information explaining what the product issues are and we will get back to you in a timely manner.

You a responsible for paying shipping costs for any returned item. Unfortunately all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return and exchange times may vary due to customer location.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
